Do you provide transfers for private flights at RJL / LERJ?
Yes. We provide advance-booked private transfers for passengers and crews at Logroño-Agoncillo Airport, with the vehicle, pickup and destination confirmed before travel.
Where does the chauffeur meet private jet passengers?
At the agreed landside collection point outside the terminal, with meet and greet and luggage assistance. Airside access remains with the airport and your aviation providers.
Can you coordinate with our operator or handler?
Yes. Give us the operational contact and the transport brief, and we coordinate the pickup around the flight updates.
What if our flight is delayed or not publicly trackable?
We use the information available and updates from your nominated contact. Please share any change to the ETA or ETD; effects on waiting time are agreed with you.
Can passengers and crew travel separately?
Yes. Passenger transfers, crew hotel journeys and later pickups can use different vehicles and schedules.
Do all six EQV passengers have VIP seats?
No. The EQV seats up to six, with two VIP lounge seats in the middle row; the others are the front passenger seat and a three-seat rear bench.
Do you drive to Circuito de Navarra?
Yes, about 25 to 30 minutes from RJL, for drivers, guests and team members. Circuit and paddock access are arranged with the organizer.
Can we keep the chauffeur after landing?
Yes, by the hour for meetings, wineries, restaurants or standby, with waiting included in the agreed time.
Are early-morning and late-night flights covered?
Yes, 24 hours a day by advance reservation and subject to availability. Airport operating hours and flight permissions are checked by your operator.
