Terms and conditions

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Service conditions

RiojaBlack SL provides private passenger transport with a chauffeur by advance booking. Vehicles are from the Mercedes-Benz range (S-Class, V-Class, EQ range) and Tesla, and are assigned according to availability and the needs of the booking.

2. Fixed prices

All services are provided at a fixed price agreed with the client when the booking is confirmed. Taximeters are not used. Prices include applicable taxes (VAT), fuel and tolls unless the quote states otherwise.

3. Cancellation and changes

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service are free of charge, except for the online transaction fee of 2%, which is not refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are charged 50% of the total price.
• For airport transfers, RiojaBlack monitors flights. Flight delays do not incur extra waiting charges, within reasonable operational limits.

4. Passenger obligations

By law, all passengers must wear a seat belt. Smoking, or any behaviour that puts the safety of the journey or the vehicle at risk, is not allowed. RiojaBlack reserves the right to refuse or end the service if these rules are not followed.

5. Luggage

Luggage is limited to the boot capacity of the booked vehicle (for example, the V-Class has more space than the S-Class sedan). Please tell us about excess luggage or special items when you book.
